This built-in pre-separator contains eight layers, including SUS 304 stainless net, polyester fibers, fiberglass filtration media. If efficiently collects coolant mist and smoke generated by metalworking machines.
Stage 3. ＞
Pre-filter captures 35% of particles.
Stage 4. ＞
HEPA filter cleans noxious fumes to provide a better working environment. It captures up to 95% of the 0.3 micron particles.
Stage 5. ＞
Optional activated carbon screens order and clean air is returned to workplace.

HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1.
Air enters from the inlet and passes through fiber filter 1 for capturing sparks and larger particles.
STEP 2.
The air enters the cartridge filter 2 with automatic vibration function, which cleans the oil adhered to the filter. It efficiently collects coolant mist and smoke generated by metalworking machines.
STEP 3.
Pre-filter 3 at after stage captures 35% of particles.
STEP 4.
Finally, the HEPA filter 4 cleans noxious fumes and captures up to 95% of the 0.3 micron particles.
STEP 5.
Before exhusted out to the workplace, odor will been filtered by Activated Carbon Filters.
