STEP 1. 

Air extracted via the inlet port.

STEP 2. 

Air being passed through the Fume Arm.

DBB-1.5/2/3/5 (BA-1000) Blowers

Fume extracted via the hood.

STEP 2. 

Passed through Fume arm.

STEP 3. 

Conducted to and filtered by BA-1000 Cartridge Module.

STEP 1. 

Air enters from the extraction hood and passes through the fume arm into the BA-2000 Filter Module.

STEP 2. 

First passing through the aluminum mesh for capturing sparks and larger particles.

STEP 3. 

Air then enters the 35% prefilter for screening small particles and absorbs the oil.

STEP 4. 

Before air exhausting, it passes through the pleated HEPA filter which cleans the noxious fumes and captures up to 99.97% of the 0.3 micron particles.

STEP 5. 

Finally, the clean air is exhausted from the adjustable louvers to the working environment.
